About Parsons Pond

Incorporated in 1987 under the provisions of the Maine Condominium Act and located in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland, Parsons Pond is a community of 59 homes situated in a beautiful setting. A pool is available for use by residents and their accompanied guests and a small pond with a gazebo provides a place for quiet respite.

Home owners, as members of the Parsons Pond Condominium Association, elect a Board of Directors which provides oversight of fiscal management and other aspects of the community. The Board retains the services of a property manager, who provides administrative support and is responsible for implementing the Board's policies and directives.
